WAHO and the World Bank organised a joint supervision mission in connection with the Regional Disease Surveillance Systems Enhancement (REDISSE) project in four countries, particularly in Liberia from 25th to 28th April, Sierra Leon from 30th April to 2nd May and Senegal from 4th to 7 May 2018.
The supervision mission in Senegal will be marked by a working session with the Guinea-Bissau Project Management Unit.
The mission stayed at the WAHO headquarters in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso from 9th to 11 May 2018.
The objective of the joint supervision mission is to discuss the implementation of country interventions, propose possible solutions to accelerate the implementation at the country and regional coordination levels.
