World Bank projects Annual Review

3rd Annual Review of WAHO projects funded by the World Bank
From 26 - 28 February 2019, in Lomé, Togo.

More specifically, the review aims to:

• Evaluate the progress made in the implementation of each of the projects;
• Identify systemic bottlenecks at all levels (Planning, Coordination, Monitoring & Evaluation, Procurement, Financial Management and Communication);
• Make practical recommendations to strengthen the implementation of the planned activities;
• Draw up a roadmap for the implementation of the recommendations made.
