- The Meeting for the establishment of Steering Committees for WAHO Financial Support to Countries of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) was held from 8 to 9 June 2024 at the ECOWAS Headquarters in Abuja, Federal Republic of Nigeria.

- The Honourable Members of Parliament of ECOWAS;
- The Auditor General of ECOWAS Institutions,
- The Representatives of Member States sitting on the ECOWAS Administration and Finance Committee (AFC),
- The Director General of WAHO,
- WAHO Directors of Department and other Staff,
- WAHO Liaison Officers in the Ministries of Health of the Member States,
- Financial Managers, members of the Steering Committee for WAHO Financial Support to Countries,
