The Ministers of Health from Cape Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, The Gambia, Senegal, and Sierra Leone; the Minister of State for Health from Nigeria; the Deputy Minister of Health from Ghana; the Secretaries General of the Ministries of Health from Guinea and Togo; the Director General of Health from Guinea-Bissau; the Director General of the National Health Care Agency of the Republic of Benin; and the Head of Epidemiological Surveillance from Mali were present :
